My journey to becoming a business mastery expert wasn’t easy. Like many entrepreneurs, I experienced both triumphs and devastating setbacks. I started my career in sales and marketing, working my way up to leadership roles in Fortune 500 consulting firms. This experience gave me invaluable insights into what makes businesses succeed. 
 
However, when I ventured out alone, I made the classic mistake of thinking my skills and experience alone would be enough. I took shortcuts, ignored fundamental business principles, and let my ego drive decisions. The result? I lost nearly two million dollars over four years. 
 
This was a wake-up call. It forced me to reevaluate everything I knew about running a successful business. I realised that your beliefs are merely theories until you’ve lost it all. This painful experience catalysed my deep dive into understanding what truly makes the difference between business failure and long-term success (or mastery).

In the US, nearly half of small businesses fail by their fifth year. My team and I provide tailored strategies and mentorship, helping accountants, business owners and entrepreneurs overcome challenges, build resilience, and learn how to master their businesses.
